Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2, 2026
These terms govern your purchase and use of the Solopreneur Claude Stack (the "Product"), sold by Keith Rumjahn (operating as Rumjahn Limited) via rumjahn.com/solopreneur-claude-stack. By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these terms.
1. What you're buying
A digital, self-serve set of Claude Code configuration files (skills, MCPs, subagents, hooks, slash commands), an Obsidian memory vault template, six project archetypes, a setup mini-course, and access to the toolkit web app at the toolkit subdomain. No live coaching, no personal setup support, no SLA on future updates.
2. Payment, founding pricing, and the deadline
Payments are processed by Stripe in U.S. dollars. Three pricing tiers apply during the launch window:
- Day-1 founding ($39 USD) — valid June 15 only, midnight HKT.
- Founding ($49 USD) — valid June 16–19, midnight HKT.
- Regular ($149 USD) — June 20 onward.
The deadline is real. Pricing does not retroactively extend. If you ask for founding pricing after the window closes, the answer will be no. This is not stinginess — a deadline only means something if it's real.
3. Refunds
Because the Product is delivered immediately and includes downloadable material, all sales are final. If you believe the Product was materially misrepresented or never delivered, email keith@rumjahn.com within 7 days of purchase with your Stripe receipt and a description of the issue. Refunds are at Keith's discretion and not guaranteed; we'll always read the email and reply.
4. License — what you can and can't do
On payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the Product's files in your own projects, modify them freely, and ship software that uses them.
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the downloaded files publicly (including publishing them to a public GitHub repo).
- Use the Product to build a directly competing paid product that re-packages the same files.
- Share your login credentials. They're tied to your purchase.
Founding-member bonuses (community CLAUDE.md, feedback window, founding-member update stream) are also non-transferable.
5. No warranty
The Product is provided "as is". Claude Code is a third-party tool from Anthropic — its behavior and pricing can change at any time, and we can't guarantee any specific outcome from using our setup. We recommend the safety hooks, but you are ultimately responsible for what runs on your machine and in your repositories.
6. Updates and discontinuation
Founding members get update emails as the stack evolves. We may, at any time, change, deprecate, or discontinue any part of the Product (including the toolkit web app). If the toolkit web app goes offline, we'll give 30 days notice via email and the downloadable files will remain available.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Disputes will be resolved in Hong Kong courts. If you're in a jurisdiction with stricter consumer protection laws (EU, UK, California, etc.), those laws apply where they grant you stronger rights.
